With special training and expertise in ophthalmology, Dr Bowden
can pay particular attention to the most important sense organ,
the eye. Additionally, he can deal with surgical treatment of
diseases and conditions affecting the eyelids, the tear drainage

Dr. Bowden is a surgeon who has many years of experience in the use of many cosmetic treatments as well as reconstructive treatments.
He has previously taught other physicians throughout the country how to perform many of the procedures that he does.
He taught both residents at the National Naval Medical Centre as well as ophthalmologists at the American Academy of Ophthalmology.
He is particularly skilled in the areas of laser treatment, and has over 17 years of experience using of the laser for treating eyes.
